Wabash Valley Progressives hosts the 7th Annual Festival Latino on Sept. 21 from 4-11 p.m. at Patrick Henry Square in downtown Vincennes. Festival Latino honors Vincennes' Latino community with traditional dance, live music, great food, and activities for kids. Festival Latino is FREE and features a mariachi band, a salsa band, traditional dance by Ballet Folklorico Mosaicos, and music and dance from Indiana University.
