Now that I have to be rolled everywhere I go (thanks to eating my way through the State Fair) I have yet another great foodie event to attend - Dig IN!Returning for the sixth year, this festival is all about great Indiana chefs in one place offering dishes that include local meats and off-the-vine produce that is (and this is the best part) grown and harvested right here in Indiana. The festival will feature more than 80 dishes and drinks prepared by top chefs, food artisans, brewers and vintners from all around the state. Some food highlights will include:
- Goose the Market and The Smoking Goose - Smoked Beef Sammy
- Joseph Decuis - Wagyu Manga Meatball Bahn Mi
- Soulshine Market - Sweet Potato Shawarma
- The Loft Restaurant at Traders Point Creamery - Composition of Tomatoes, Farmers Cheese and Indigenous Sunflowers
