Now that I have to be rolled everywhere I go (thanks to eating my way through the State Fair) I have yet another great foodie event to attend - Dig IN!Beer and beefReturning for the sixth year, this festival is all about great Indiana chefs in one place offering dishes that include local meats and off-the-vine produce  that is (and this is the best part) grown and harvested right here in Indiana. Individual plates tomatoesThe festival will feature more than 80 dishes and drinks prepared by top chefs, food artisans, brewers and vintners from all around the state. Some food highlights will include:

  • Goose the Market and The Smoking Goose - Smoked Beef Sammy
  • Joseph Decuis - Wagyu Manga Meatball Bahn MiWagyu beef from Joseph Decuis compressed
  • Soulshine Market - Sweet Potato Shawarma
