Prairie Guest House Bed & Breakfast Need a weekend get away, but have nowhere to stay? This is the answer. The historic Prairie Guest House Bed & Breakfast is the essence of tranquility. A farm-like setting of two acres in Hamilton County, Indiana. Innkeepers John and Karen Newton will welcome you to their spacious inn, which features beautiful gardens, large native Indiana trees, and a rustic barn. The mid-1800’s Gothic farmhouse has nine large guest rooms, each with private bath, and great common areas to relax in. Across the courtyard, the early 1900’s cottage houses the kitchen and dining areas, where you will enjoy a fabulous home-cooked breakfast daily in a cozy sunroom, perfect for curling up with a book and their feline innkeeper, Fiona. When you're ready for some activity, they have an want-to-do-something-special-this-mothers-day-300x168on premise yoga studio or you can go across the street and explore Conner Prairie then head into a neighboring town. Their goal is not to overcomplicate things and they feel life does that on its own. They aspire for their guests to leave feeling realigned with the inner source! Private events, including corporate strategic meetings, neighborhood meetings, and sales retreats are options that can be arranged at the property as well. Upcoming events include aPrairie Guest House Summer Art Camp, Perfect Prairie Picnic Package and a Mother’s Day Brunch.  Speaking of Mother’s Day. They have an amazing day planned from 11:00-2:00pm. The menu includes a tasty selection including a sausage, egg and cheese casserole, vegetarian mini quiche, maple-glazed ham, fresh fruit and MUCH more. $29.00 per person and children 10 and under are $9.00 (includes tax and gratuity).
