Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) to Host the Board Meeting Thursday, March 7, 2024.
In the absence of Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch, the Lt. Governor’s Chief of Staff Anne Valentine will chair a virtual public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Destination Development Corporation at 12:30 PM ET on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Members of the public may join by phone.

The mission of the IDDC is to promote, brand, and tell Indiana's authentic story to attract and retain talent, students, business, and visitors. This quasi-government agency was established in July 2020 and replaced the Indiana Office of Tourism Development.
House Enrolled Act 1115 (2019) established the IDDC to position Indiana as the best place to live, work, play, study and stay. IDDC operates as a public-private agency and is governed by a eight-member board. Members include Governor Eric Holcomb who has appointed the Lt. Governor as his designee, the president of the IEDC or designee, the president of the ITA or designee, and five governor-appointed members from the private sector. Elaine Bedel serves as Secretary & CEO.

Executive Session Notice
Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) to Host the Executive Session Thursday, March 7, 2024.
In the absence of Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch, the Lt. Governor’s Chief of Staff Anne Valentine will chair both an in-person and virtual Executive Session of the board of directors of the Indiana Destination Development Corporation at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
Under Statute IC5-14-1.5-6.1 the Executive Session is not open to the public.
