Indiana Destination Development Corporation Awards & Grant Information
The Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC, Indiana Tourism) offers grants to cities, towns, counties, nonprofit entities and others located in Indiana that are involved with tourism promotion and development. Projects that contribute to the development and improvement of local economies and communities throughout Indiana by means of enhancing, expanding and promoting the visitor industry are eligible to receive funding.
2023 IN Indiana Placemaking & Public Art Activation Grants
The IDDC Public Art Activation Grant and IN Indiana Placemaking Activation Grant look to create community activations of the IN Indiana identifier throughout the state of Indiana by commissioning public art projects and creating placemaking signage. Applications must be submitted by March 17, 2023.
IDDC plans to allocate $500,000 total between the IN Indiana Placemaking Activation Grant and the IN Indiana Public Art Activation Grant program with total final expenditure based on the quality of applications received.

Sports Indiana Grant Opportunities
Sports Tourism Business Development Grants are available for tourism or sports-related organizations hosting events in Indiana. The purpose of these funds is to support, enhance, and grow sporting events as well as strengthen bids to attract new business to Indiana. The maximum grant per event is $20,000 to be paid as a reimbursement. Support from the Indiana Office of Tourism Development and Indiana Sports Corp make this grant program possible.

Will Koch Tourism Leadership, Visit Indiana Leadership & Hoosier Hospitality Awards
The IDDC awards program will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at the Indiana Historical Society.
Will Koch Indiana Tourism Leadership Award Nomination Form
Named after the late Will Koch, long-time owner and president of Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari and chief executive officer of its parent company, Koch Development Corporation, the award honors Mr. Koch’s devotion to business and community and his lasting impact on the State of Indiana. A deserving Hoosier who demonstrates the following qualities will receive the award each year.

Visit Indiana Leadership Award Nomination Form
This award is designed for individuals who have stepped forward and provided exemplary service and leadership to the tourism industry in Indiana. The individual also sees the importance of developing and promoting Indiana's tourism industry and is an active participant in leading the industry forward in their community. This award is for people who work with and in the field supporting the industry and are leaders in their communities. Frontline workers are not eligible.
Hoosier Hospitality Award Nomination Form
These awards are presented by the Lt. Governor and recognize a high level of service in tourism-related jobs at hotels, restaurants, attractions and other destinations. This includes tour guides, volunteers, ushers, etc. ANYONE in the hospitality and tourism industry.
