Another inviting place in downtown Carmel is Rosie’s Place, featuring homemade Midwestern fare made from scratch. Rail Restaurant in downtown Westfield specializes in local and artisan lunch and dinners, noting their food was raised in a barn. The generously sized desserts are definitely Instagram-worthy at Cake Bake Shop, featuring sparkling chandeliers, French-inspired decor and high-tea service.
